Justin’s School: In-Person Classes
Un-desk Your Body: This workshop is structured to be completed within one hour and is designed to help people who work desk jobs loosen up their neck, hips, back, and shoulders. This is a great workshop option for teachers, office workers, and similar folks.
Locomotion: The goal of a Locomotion class is to understand the idea of Strength, Flexibility, and Control, and how applying four elemental movements (bear, monkey, frogger, and crab) can help participants gain more Physical Autonomy.
Mobility: This workshop combines both static and dynamic stretching for an easy to use way to gain strength in end-ranges of movement.
Movement Exploration: Play, exploration, and having fun are integral parts of the GMB Method. This workshop is meant to teach people how to include play and exploration into their sessions to learn more about movement.
Strength: This workshop is a chance to learn how to mindfully approach strength training. Through the use of the AAA Framework, learn how to adjust each training session to fit with how your body feels that particular day.
Skill Based Classes: Some people want to learn handstands, pull-ups, shrimp squats, etc. The purpose of this class is to focus on one major skill per session over the course of four weeks.
